BEST post-run drink when it's 98 degrees outside ☀️ Stumbled on this Slate Protein Drink packing a massive 42g of protein post-workout at Walmart, and it honestly saved my day. 🙌🏻 #partnership #kansascityhummingbirds @slatemilk @walmart #runnermom Even tho I only ran a mile... I deserve this. 😅

I’ve been seeing the @slatemilk Ultra Protein chocolate milk shake everywhere, so I had to finally try it for myself. Found it at @target and had to see if it lived up to the hype. Have you tried it yet? #partnership #grandrapidshummingbirds #highprotein #targetfinds #ugc

Let’s talk hitting protein goals without the bloating. 👀👇 I’ve been testing out the @slatemilk ULTRA 30g Protein Milk Shakes (both the Chocolate and Vanilla!), and the taste is absolutely amazing. No chalky protein flavor here, just rich, delicious goodness. Plus, they’re completely lactose-free! To switch things up, I made a quick breakfast smoothie by adding: 🧊 Ice 🍓 Berries 🥬 Spinach It completely elevated the shake and tasted incredible. 💯 Next time you’re doing a grocery run at @krogerco, look for these in the dairy aisle! #SlateMilk #Kroger #partnership #dallashummingbirds #DFWFoodies
