🏃‍♀️‍➡️ After decades of being extremely active, my body has been letting me know that it needs some TLC! That's why I am very happy to try New Nordic's Turmeric Gummies (60ct) to help with my joint pain and inflammation! I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. About this product: 🧡 Turmeric extract is proven to lower inflammation & fight joint pain 🧡 It can be hard to include turmeric in your diet as this spice is normally not used every day 🧡 Due to the curcumin content in turmeric being low, it may be difficult to reap the full benefits of this herb unless it's dried & concentrated 🧡 This supplement has a high amount of the active ingredient & is easy to take 🧡 Studies show that it has beneficial effects on digestion, brain health, cardiovascular health, & liver health 🧡 Source of antioxidants 🧡 Vegan, sugar-free, no GMOs, no gluten, & no dairy 🧡 Contains 150mg of turmeric extract in each gummy Star ingredient: 🌟 Turmeric is a golden coloured spice from the root of the curcuma longa plant. It has long been used in both India & and China for its joint health properties. Recommended use: Chew 1-2 gummies per day. I am very, very excited to start my joint health journey with my Turmeric Gummies from New Nordic! I have heard so many good things about turmeric and its benefits, but I wasn't sure how to incorporate it into my diet.
