This was set 9 of 11 sets of bench. I wanted to see how many reps I'd hit with 135lbs after so many sets and hitting a smoother quicker185lb bench! 3 weeks ago I couldn't get 185 today I got it from lifting heavy weights! 4 weeks until I get back up to 200 lb bench. #powerliftergirl #powerlifter #bodybuilder #crossfit #lafitness #goldsgym #metroflex #worldgym #gymrat #pr #powerhousegym #calisthenics #cardio #fitness #igers #instafit #push #beast #comebackkid #killingme #metroflex #skills #athletichic #park #dontbemad #smile #24hourfitness #goldsgym #worldgym #benchpress #bench

@lfthvyclothing thanks my dude again for the threads love it yall go check him out! So I popped a blood vessel in my eye choking on a fish oil about a week ago. Me and fish oils has had this issue for years 😐😒 but anywho. I have my daughter to have my MyoPeak preworkout ready for me when I get off work. So by the time I shower and get dressed I'm amped up ready to go! I seriously have no tolerance for excuses like I said you have to want it! I know for a fact if someone called you up to run 5 miles for a million dollars right after you've worked a 12-16 hr shift you will be strutting! Treat your body like its worth a trillion dollars because it is! There's 336hrs in 2weeks and I worked 212hrs of that time but still clocked at least 15-20hrs in the gym in those 2weeks! I want to make my sponsors @centerstageposingsuits and @myopharma proud of me when I walk across that stage! I love when people think I'm in my 20's, I love being able to eat junk when I want (well not for next 15weeks 😂) I don't wake up wishing I didn't have the extra weight etc. I wake up and make sure I use my time wisely! #PUSH #myopharma #centerstageposingsuits #sorugged ##lifestyle #mirin #metroflex #motivation #sponsored #wbff #sponsoredathlete #lafitness #powerhousegym #npcfigure #npc #gymselfie #gymflow #gymrat #gymgear #training #wpd #instafit #RUGGED #BAWSE
