For both drinks I used @empress1908gin which has a blend of juniper, empress tea blend, coriander seed, rose petal, grapefruit peel, cinnamon bark, ginger root and butterfly pea blossom. On the left you have a blueberry lavender lemonade which I made a lavender simple syrup for + the right is a rose lemonade spritz. The coolest thing about @empress1908gin is that it changes from a bright lavender, soft pink or fuschia depending on the mixer as you see here. #EmpressGin #EmpressCA #EmpressAtHome

My favorite these days: @Empress1908Gin, which is not only an incredible bottle of botanicals, but it also comes in a naturally dyed stunning color that makes my bottle cart pop. It's the butterfly pea blossom that gives it an earthy notes and that all-natural indigo hu. It's made using only eight botanicals: juniper, rose, coriander seed, grapefruit peel, ginger root, cinnamon bark, butterfly pea blossoms and the Fairmont Empress Blend Tea and wow that's a gin. I like to spice it up with a very simple cocktail concoction: A Fizzy Watermelon Gin Ingredients 1 cup of watermelon 2 basil leaves 1 ounce of symple syrup 2 ounces of Empress 1908 gin 4 ounces of sparkling water Steps 1) Blend 1 cup of watermelon with blender until smooth. 2) Add basil and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and muddle. 3) Add gin, water and all other ingredients together in a glass! 4) Garnish with watermelon and basil if so desired.
