I’m based in the beautiful Rocky Mountains in Alberta. I am a mom of 3 little ones who shines a light on the positive side of motherhood. I encourage new parents to get outdoors and adventure with their kids, try new things and feel comfortable in their skin and new role as mom/dad. I love sharing my passion for being a busy working mom while helping other parents learn to slow down and truly enjoy their kids.
