It turns out 2023 was a record setting year for games that were turned into successful movies and TV shows. “Super Mario Bros,” “Gran Turismo,” and “The Last of Us” were all games at first. But then they all went on to become runaway successes in theaters and on streaming platforms.

NIGHTMARE WARRIOR is something new that comes from the minds of Bobby Roe and Zack Andrews who are the creators behind HauntSociety.com. “Fortnite” is the place to be right now when it comes to developing new stories” said Bobby.

Bobby and Zack caught their big break in 2014 when they wrote/ directed/ and produced the found-footage film “The Houses that October Built.” “The film taught us a lot of what it takes to create a franchise with legs” said Zack. The film spawned a sequel in 2017 and there are rumors of a third film in the works.

NIGHTMARE WARRIOR is Bobby and Zack’s first entrance into Fortnite who have partnered with Big Honeycomb. “We are developing a Fortnite map, Roblox game and horror film all at the same time” says Big Honeycomb CEO Michael Esola. “I don’t think it’s ever been done before like this.”

Big Honeycomb is currently looking to partner with influencers to help develop the Fortnite map, Roblox game and feature film. Influencers who participate in the games are also offered the opportunity to be cast in the film.
