I’m Tyrell, an entrepreneur whose journey started in Buffalo to Durham, North Carolina and led through hardship, including homelessness, to discovering my passion for cooking through family. After Job Corps, AmeriCorps, and culinary school, I launched Chef Thai during COVID. Known for bold, flavorful dishes and creative spins on classics, I now cater events and sell seasonings. My goal is to grow my brand and inspire at-risk youth through food.
