The core insight was that customers don’t want to think about wall sockets at all. They want them to work, look clean, and never call attention to themselves. Messaging that highlighted: • Seamless integration with modern interiors • Flush, minimal appearance • Reliable power without visual clutter outperformed feature-heavy explanations. By framing the socket as an architectural detail rather than a hardware item, the product shifted from an afterthought to a deliberate choice. When design respects the space, it earns its place in it.
