I recently partnered with Temu to create a series of reels featuring and unboxing selected products. This collaboration was a perfect fit for my aesthetic and allowed me to push my creative boundaries on Instagram and TikTok.

Content Strategy:

My strategy was to create visually appealing, lifestyle-driven Reels that organically featured Temu’s trending, affordable products. I wanted the content to feel fun, authentic, and true to my personality, while still highlighting the value and versatility of what Temu offers.

Content Description:

The campaign included:

• 1 unboxing Reel showcasing the full Temu haul and initial impressions

• 2 feature Reels styled around how I incorporated the products into my daily life (furniture, fashion, or everyday use)

Technical Aspects:

I used trending sounds, clean transitions, and strong natural lighting to make the content feel elevated. Captions included strategic hashtags and CTAs to encourage viewers to explore Temu’s app and deals. I also kept the visuals tight and engaging to increase watch time and shares.

Challenges and Solutions:

A key challenge was staying visually on-brand while using casual, budget-friendly products. I solved this by styling the Reels in a clean, cohesive way that fit my usual aesthetic — mixing in personality with polish.

Results and Impact:

• The unboxing Reel had high watch-through and save rates

• The product feature Reels saw consistent engagement and strong positive comments

• I received DMs and comments from followers asking for direct links and product info

Learnings and Future Opportunities:

This collab helped sharpen my ability to create value-focused content that still feels elevated and lifestyle-driven. It also gave me the chance to explore more app-based, product-heavy campaigns and boosted my confidence in short-form video content creation.
